Important Notes About Your Wellness Appointment

Should you suffer from any health problems, please consult your doctor before booking a treatment at our wellness center.

It is not allowed to consume outside food and drinks in the wellness area. However, you are more than welcome to visit our GalaxSea-restaurant before or after your appointment.

We recommend planning your visit to our wellness center a bit ahead of time and making appointments early, as in this way it is more likely that we will be able to book an appointment for you on the exact date you desire.

Make use of the possibility to book online. Are you unsure which treatment is the right one for you or simply cannot decide on one of our many wellness offers? We are more than happy to help you with your decision either via the phone or in person directly at our GalaxSea Vital.

We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the start of your appointment at our wellness center. If you are late, we will have to shorten your treatment time accordingly but must unfortunately still charge you the full cost of the treatment.

If you are not able to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or simply do not arrive to your treatment without cancelling beforehand, we will charge you a fee equal to 80% of the price of the treatment you booked. If you booked your treatment online but can no longer make it to your appointment, we will deduct the amount you already paid online from the price of your next treatment.
