12-hour swim in the Ostbad

Dive into a sporting highlight of the summer! The DLRG invites you to the big 12-hour swim in the Ostbad Jena. Whether young or old, individual swimmer or team – everyone is welcome to take up the challenge and swim laps together.

Saturday, June 21, 2025

From 5 pm – Admission
18:30 – Start of the children's cup
20:00 – Start of the 12-hour overall competition

Sunday, June 22, 2025

08:00 – End of the competition
09:00 – 10:00 – Award ceremony and photo of helpers
12:00 – End of the event
