jenaGas Klassik has an initial contract term of one year. The contract is renewed for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with a month's notice - for the first time at the end of the initial contract term.

With jenaGas Treue, you are rewarded for staying with us, as you'll receive a permanent discount of up to 25% on your net basic rate. In addition, you can count on a constant price for natural gas until the 31^st of December 2024. 

Any adjustments made to the VAT, the CO₂-fee or the gas storage levy during your contract period will be fully taken into account when calculating your costs.

This is how we'll reward your loyalty:

After 12 months, we'll reduce your basic rate by a 15% and by a further 5% after each further year of supply - up to a maximum of 25% discount after 36 months of supply.

jenaGas Kompakt is the more economical alternative to our basic supply. You benefit from lower prices but at the same time remain flexible due to its initial contract period of one month.
