New location for automatic pay station in Jena

On Thursday, February 22, 2024, the automatic pay station for prepayment machines in the former Stadtwerke customer office in Grietgasse will be dismantled. The new location is the Stadtwerke main building at Rudolstädter Straäe 39. Stadtwerke Energie asks its customers for their understanding that the machine cannot be used for payments on this day.
Customers can use the following locations in Jena to top up their prepayment vouchers or pay their bills and invoices in cash at the following times:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm
Monday to Thursday 7 am to 5 pm and Friday 7 am to 3 pm
