All charging processes at a glance
Before the first charging process, you must register in the Electromobility customer portal and activate the charging card. In the portal, all information about your charging processes - whether location, charged kilowatt hours or invoices - is visible online 24/7 and you can keep an eye on everything.

Order charging card online
Charge easily and inexpensively at public charging points with our charging card. You can request this via our order form. We will then send you the card in credit card format by post.

Activate charge card and register in the customer portal
Your charging card must be activated before charging for the first time. To do this, register in the electric mobility customer portal. You will receive your login details with the confirmation email.

1) The prices quoted are gross and include the applicable statutory value added tax.

3) From a standing time of over 4 hours (AC) or 90 minutes (DC), a blocking fee of 10 cents per additional minute will be charged, but not more than 12.00 euros per charging process.
The blocking fee is suspended from 22:00 - 06:00.
