Wärme (Primeärlieferung)

You receive ready-to-use, efficient and climate-friendly heat from central systems to your house connection.

Heated water reaches your house connection via the piping system. In the heat transfer station (HAST) belonging to your property, the hot water is used to heat the circuit inside your building and used for heating or hot water.

You pay the heat price, which is based on a fixed formula and your consumption.

Wärmedienst (complete package)

With the all-round carefree package, we supply you with heat and at the same time take care of the heat supply systems required in your property.

Your benefit: Whether planning, financing or operating the systems - you don't have to worry about initial or follow-up investments, maintenance and repair costs and benefit from a 24-hour breakdown service.

You pay a contractually agreed heat price for the package, depending on the size of the system or output.
