We handle praise and criticism with care and in a responsible and solution-oriented manner. That is why we have set up a complaints management department. Please contact Ms Annett Lohse directly if you are not satisfied with our service, if you would like more information from us, or if you would like to give us hints or tips on how we can improve.

It is important to us that you enjoy living with us, and that our service suits your attitude towards life! Because then we would of course be pleased if you talked to your friends, neighbours or colleagues positively about us as a landlord.
