Letting process

Register online right now with your e-mail address at the following link or come in person to initial consultation in our customer center. Registration is free of charge and valid for 4 months. After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for activation. Please also check your spam folder if necessary. In the confirmation email you will find a link that you can use to change, extend or delete your apartment request.

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we have a suitable offer for you. Please check your mailbox regularly and let us know about the offer.

The current high demand exceeds our available supply. There may therefore be longer waiting times.

As soon as we have a suitable offer, we will send you an exposé for an apartment. If you like the offer, please confirm it with „Yes, I am interested“. You will then receive an appointment proposal directly if available or will be informed as soon as possible about the appointment proposal as soon as a viewing of the apartment is possible.

You will automatically receive an email when you attend the viewing appointment. If you are interested in the apartment, please complete the digital self-disclosure form and upload your proof of the required documents via the links provided in the email.

 

Our recommendation: The available net household income should be approximately three times the total monthly rent.

For example: If you have a total net household income of 2,100 euros, the rental costs for your new apartment can be up to 700 euros. If you receive benefits from the Jobcenter, please submit the corresponding declaration of acceptance of rent from the responsible Jobcenter. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Once the documents have been successfully checked and the apartment has been confirmed to you, the contract can be signed. The rental agreement will be sent to you in advance by email with a link to the appointment booking software for you to make an appointment to sign at the GKC. Please remember your identity card for signing the contract. The last step is to make an individual appointment for the handover in your new apartment. A digital record will be made of the handover, including the start of the tenancy, room details, condition of the apartment, etc.
