Leasing process

Simply register online with your e-mail adress following this link, or come see us personally for an initial consultation at our customer center. The registration is for free and valid for 4 months. After completing you registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for activating the request. If necessary, please make sure to check your spam-folder. Included in your confirmation mail, you will find a link for changing, extending, or deleting your apartment request. 

We will inform you per e-mail as soon as we have found a matching offer for your request. Please check your mailbox regulary and give us feed-back regarding the offer.

The currently high demand exceeds our offers available. This might lead to longer waiting periods. For questions regarding our current offers, you are welcome to use our service-hotline at Phone (03641) 884-400 or our online consulting.

Once we have found a suitable offer, we will send you the exposé for the apartment. If you like the offer, please confirm with "Yes, I am interested". If still available, we will directly propose you a date or inform you as soon as possible about a possible date for viewing the flat. 

 

After participating at a flat viewing, you will automatically receive an e-mail. If you are interested in the flat, please fill in the digital self-declaration and upload all documents necessary for verification using the links indicated in your mail.

 

Our recommendation: The net income of the household should be approximately the triple of the monthly rent. 

An example: If you earn 2,100 euros net in total, the rental costs for your new apartment can amount to 700 euros. If you receive financial support by the Jobcenter, please hand in the respective confirmation from your Jobcenter that your rental costs are accounted for. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

After succesful verification of the documents and receiving the flat confirmation, we can continue with signing the contract. The rental contract will be sent to you in advance per e-mail including a link to the tool for booking an appointment in order to agree on a date for signing in the customer center. Please do not forget to bring your ID. The last step is to set a date for the flat-handover, where the start of rental, meter readings, condition of the flat etc. will be noted down in a digital report.
