Jena, Germany - In February, jenawohnen opened a new public bookcase in Stauffenbergstrasse. This bookcase offers a wide range of books to read, swap and discover.

“Lobeda reads” is a project financed and supervised by jenawohnen and receives support from the Lobeda district library. It offers an inexpensive way for book lovers to regularly obtain new reading material. In view of current book prices, this is a welcome luxury.

The public bookcase houses a variety of books, including novels, guidebooks, illustrated books, travel guides, cookbooks and children's books. From crime novels to historical epics, there is something for every taste. The principle is simple: everyone is allowed to take one or more books from the bookcase. After reading, the books can be returned or simply passed on.

Further information on the open bookcase can be found on the jenawohnen website. We invite everyone to come by and discover the world of books.
