An accident, a medical emergency, or a burst pipe—sometimes something completely unexpected happens. In such cases, it’s important to have someone available who can help.
It’s also helpful for us as a housing association to be able to reach a contact person in an emergency. For example, if there’s an emergency in your apartment and you’re not currently at home or available by phone.
In such cases, your designated contact person can grant us access to the apartment. Please use our form to provide us with your emergency contact information and, if necessary, your new phone number. This gives you peace of mind and allows us to help you more quickly in an emergency.

Emergency kit

 

Your lifesaver is in the fridge

The emergency kit is designed to help emergency responders find all the important information they need right away in an emergency. It contains items such as your medication schedule or allergy card and is placed in the refrigerator door. Stickers on the refrigerator and front door show responders where to find the kit. You can pick up emergency kits for free at our service centers. If you’d like, you can support the volunteer fire departments in Jena with a small donation.
