Overview

As largest housing company in jena, jenawohnen disposes of a stock of 14,400 housing units in total, of which there are: 

  • 6,700 in Lobeda
  • 4,000 in Jena City
  • 3,400 in Winzerla
  • 300 in Blankenhain
  • 24 in Hermsdorf
Lobeda

Half of our flats are located in Lobeda-Ost and Lobeda-West. They were built between the 1950s and 1980s and constructed in storey architecture. You will find them renovated or partly renovated, and with a variety of facilities.

The city area Jena Lobeda is located south from the city center. It is well connected to the motorway, which recently was supplemented by a tunnel. Thanks to the clinic and a number of doctors, there is good healthcare available nearby. Furthermore, the variety of schooling types in the area makes Lobeda attractive for families with school-aged children.  

The special thing about Lobeda: being close to the nature! It takes you only some minutes to be out in the green: Pure relaxation nearby!

Jena-City

Our flats in the city centre, in Jena-West, Jena-Nord and Jena-Ost are centrally located and yet mostly quiet. Jena's idyllic location in a valley also offers city dwellers charming views of nature. Lovingly landscaped backyards, playgrounds and sports fields, green spaces with old trees and numerous seating areas - this makes living in a city quite pleasant.

There are many advantages in Jena:

  • optimal travel connections
  • numerous shopping- and leisure facilities (pools, sports events, etc.) 
  • educational institutions nearby (different school types, kindergardens, etc.) 
  • located close to nature with many excursion possibilites and cultural offers (expositions, concerts, etc.) 

Many important enterprises, departments and research institutes make Jena an attractive business location. 

Winzerla

In Jena Winzerla we are the largest housing provider with 3,450 flats. You can find our 'signature' in our properties as well as in the residential environment: well-maintained outdoor facilities, playgrounds and sports facilities are of great importance to us.

Winzerla is located in the southwest of Jena, only a few minutes' drive from the city centre. Further advantages are: Proximity to the green slopes and forests of Jena, with optimal connections to public transport and the motorway.

Blankenhain

Since 2006, jenawohnen has also rented out accommodation in the town of Blankenhain and the surrounding communities. Surrounded by forests, meadows and rolling hills, the small town of Blankenhain is a good alternative for anyone who wants to live away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. But it is not only the scenic advantages that make Blankenhain an attractive place to live: A good inner-city infrastructure meets the needs of young and old.

We from jenawohnen completely confide in you as our tenants. Since we know that you will live in and maintain your apartment with the appropriate care, we refrain from demanding a deposit.

After reviewing the documents, we can give you the rental commitment and conclude the rental contract.

Kleintiere wie Zierfische, Wellensittiche oder Hamster dürfen ohne Genehmigung in der Wohnung gehalten werden. Für größere Haustiere – etwa Hunde oder Katzen – ist jedoch eine vorherige Zustimmung durch jenawohnen erforderlich. Bitte stellen Sie dafür einen schriftlichen Antrag bei Ihrem zuständigen Mieterbetreuer.

Das Halten von gefährlichen Tieren ist grundsätzlich untersagt. Welche Tiere darunterfallen, ist in der Wildtier-Gefahrenverordnung des Thüringer Innenministeriums geregelt.

Bitte beachten Sie: Eine Genehmigung zur Tierhaltung kann an bestimmte Auflagen gebunden sein und bei Verstößen jederzeit widerrufen werden. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass jede Anfrage individuell geprüft wird – eine generelle Zustimmung kann nicht erteilt werden.

Macht ein Mietinteressent vorsätzlich falsche Angaben in dem Interessentenfragebogen und stellt sich dies nach Abschluss des Mietvertrages heraus, ist der Vermieter berechtigt, den Mietvertrag anzufechten und Schadensersatzansprüche geltend zu machen. Darüber hinaus stellt dies eine strafbare Handlung dar. Der Vermieter kann Strafanzeige erstatten.
