Salvador-Allende-Platz apartment navigator now online

Modern, socially subsidized living space is being created at Salvador-Allende-Platz in Lobeda-Ost.

After extensive refurbishment, the first apartments in house numbers 9 and 11 will be ready to move into from October 1 – friendly, barrier-free and with modern furnishings  

Some of the apartments are even barrier-free.

In addition, spacious 4- to 6-room apartments have been created by merging smaller units - ideal for families. Particularly nice: Many former tenants are returning to their familiar living environment.

If you are interested, you can now get an overview via the new Apartment Navigator 

Floor plans, furnishing details and rental prices can be called up there from the comfort of your own home.

All apartments are let with a residence entitlement certificate (WBS). This entitles households with a low income to move into a subsidized apartment. There is a calculator on the website that you can use to check whether you are entitled to a WBS.
