Construction project
In Knebelstraße, the existing neighbouring development from the Gründerzeit was extended by a modern new building. Here, everything is rather puristic. Nine light-flooded apartments with large windows and open kitchens create a bright atmosphere and serve as a representative home after a busy day. The modern apartments are partially designed as maisonettes and have 64 to 121 m² living space.
In the Neugasse, seven 2-room apartments were created on three floors. Each of them has its own balcony or loggia facing the courtyard and its own parking space. In addition, there are also numerous bicycle storage facilities in the courtyard. The open floor plans offer 60 to 72 m² - plenty of space for individualists.
Living environment
Living at Paradise also means living at Jena's 'cultural triangle'. Located between the Theaterhaus and the Volksbad, modern apartments have been created for people who like to be right in the middle of everything. The neighbourhood forms the perfect intersection between an uncomplicated urban life right in the city's new trendy district, and the Paradiespark, Jena's green heart. Whether jobbing, shopping or jogging - everything is right at the doorstep.
