What happens next?
After submitting the form, a tenant advisor will check your request and then get in touch with you.
In the event of a key replacement, you will receive written permission from us to duplicate a key. Use this to contact the locksmith named on the authorization. The locksmith will make a new key for you. * The costs incurred will be borne by the tenant.
If you have requested a transponder, you will receive another transponder or a replacement as soon as possible. We will contact you regarding the handover.
