On our social media channels, questions, helpful posts and comments as well as praise and criticism are always welcome. We take serious contributions seriously and try to give you feedback on questions or problems as quickly as possible. However, this requires open and objective discussions and respectful and polite interaction. We therefore ask you to observe the following rules of conduct in your comments and contributions:
What we wish for:
- handling criticism in an open and constructve manner
- a polite and respectful attitude towards each other and also towards us
- relevant contributions with concise wording
- grammatically correct and legible wording
What we do not tolerate:
- content that infringes copyright
- content that violates the personal rights of third parties
- content that reveals personal data (data protection is important to us!)
- advertising or spam in posts
- false statements or allegations that are untrue or accusatory towards others
- inappropriate content in pictures or texts (illegal, racist, pornographic or otherwise politically incorrect content)
- content of an unconstitutional or extremist nature as well as content from banned groups
- threats, abuse, insults, illegal or ethically-morally problematic content both against other users and against us
What we will do in case of violation:
In the event of violations of the above-mentioned guidelines, we reserve the right to delete the posts concerned without giving further reasons. This is in the interest of all users.
In the event of repeated violations or particularly serious violations, we will block the users concerned from our site and report/indict them if necessary.
We do not accept any responsibility for the contributions or comments of the users, this is the responsibility of the respective creator, who must also bear the consequences.
