Construction project

In the colorful Himmelreich residential quarter with a view of the Saale Valley, we have been offering a total of 53 new rental apartments since 2016. A young, family-friendly piece of Jena has emerged, a place of joie de vivre and liveliness. Our diversely structured residential complex is located in Händelweg. In the design, we pick up on the joy of color and diversity that make the Himmelreich neighborhood so distinctive. Living environment

Our eight new-built houses are located in the midst of a small green park landscape. The heart of the complex is the large inner courtyard with covered meeting areas. Thanks to a large underground garage, the entire inner area is a car-free zone. Public transport, shopping facilities, a playground and a daycare center are within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes).
