New Construction & Rental
On this page, you will find exclusively new construction projects by jenawohnen GmbH that are intended for rent - specifically projects that are currently under construction or nearing the start of the leasing process.
As soon as a new development project goes to market, all information -such as floor plans, rental rates, details on fittings and finishes and visualizations - is added directly to the respective project page. Prior to this stage, such details may still be unavailable due to planning considerations.
After you register, we will contact you to provide personal advice regarding our new construction projects.
To rent an apartment, the available net household income should be approximately three times the total monthly rent.
In principle, any prospective tenant intending to rent a property must submit the necessary documents - such as proof of income, a certificate confirming the absence of rent arrears, proof of private liability insurance and a self-disclosure form - the viewing.
We verify that all information is up-to-date and complete. Naturally, we treat your data with strict confidentiality.
Registration is handled via a general form, where you can select the specific new-build project you are interested in.
As soon as leasing begins for your chosen project, jenawohnen will automatically contact you with further information.
We treat everyone equally. We allocate our apartments in accordance with the General Equal Treatment Act - that is, without regard to age, religion, ideology, race, gender, origin or sexual identity. At jenawohnen, we place our full trust in you as a tenant. Because we know that you will live in and care for your apartment with appropriate diligence, we do not charge a security deposit or commission.
