Upcycling meets climate protection: pupils transform garbage containers into seating furniture

A disused garbage container is transformed into a colorful climate protection furniture: young people at the International Community School Erfurt have shown how creative sustainability can be. With the support of the Jena-Thuringia Climate Protection Foundation, real unique upcycling items were created as part of a project day - with solar LEDs, seats made from fabric remnants and plenty of team spirit.
